Here’s what’s new: --- ### 💸 New: "Resend All Invoices" Button Tired of chasing down overdue payments one by one? Now you don’t have to. We’ve added a **"Resend All Invoices"** button to the **Payments** tab. With a single click, you can automatically **remind every resident with an open or overdue invoice** to pay. - No more manual follow-ups - No more missed reminders - Just better collections, faster --- ### 📊 Insights: Smarter Filters & Visuals We’ve made several **quality-of-life improvements** to the **Insights** dashboard, making your reports more flexible and actionable: - Filter **Length of Stay** by **gender**, **employment status**, **age**, and more - See how resident outcomes change across different demographics - Build a **Discharge Status** pie chart to track program completion vs. leaving against advice — and filter it to uncover deeper patterns These upgrades make it easier than ever to turn your data into **clear, compelling reports** for staff, funders, and stakeholders. --- ### 🔁 Flexible Invoice Intervals + Daily Billing Recurring invoices just got a major upgrade. You can now schedule **recurring billing intervals** by: - Days (e.g. every 5 days) - Weeks (e.g. every 3 weeks) - Any custom cadence that fits your program’s needs This is especially useful for programs using **per diem or grant-funded billing models**, where **daily or weekly** charges are required. --- Got questions or feedback?
