Custom Permissions
Control Team Access With Custom Roles & Permissions
Control exactly who sees what across your organization. From house managers to admins, tailor permissions so every team member has the tools they need — and nothing they don't.
Organization Management
Your admin command center
The Manage Organization tab gives admins everything they need to run their team and control the platform.
Invite Team Members
Add users by name and email. Choose their role and assign them to specific houses. They'll receive an invite to create their account.
Edit Role Permissions
Customize what each role can see and do. Toggle access to payments, forms, insights, and more at any time.
Shareable Form Links
Create and share links for applications and other forms. Post them on your website, share with referral partners, or print as QR codes.
House Assignments
Assign team members to specific houses. Client managers automatically see only their assigned house when logged in.
Subscription Management
View and manage your subscription, billing details, and plan information from one place.
Security & Access
Only admins can access the Manage Organization tab. Full control over who can invite users, edit permissions, and manage billing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can add and customize users?
The admin has access to the Manage Organization tab where they can invite users, assign roles, set house assignments, and customize permissions for each role.
What are the default permissions for a client manager?
Client managers default to access only Residents and Houses for their assigned house. No access to payments, forms, or insights — but you can enable any of these by editing the role.
How should house managers who are also residents be set up?
Have them complete the resident process first (application and intake forms), then add them as a house manager with appropriate permissions. When logged in, they'll only see their assigned house.
