Fireside Sober Living

Fireside Sober Living is a wellness-based sober living home for men in Austin, Texas. It is not a clinical treatment center or detox facility, but a supportive, substance-free residential environment meant to complement ongoing recovery work. Fireside serves men ages 18–70 who are committed to recovery and personal growth. The program combines structure, accountability, and house culture with wellness practices such as yoga, meditation, and breathwork intended to support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. Fireside supports multiple recovery pathways rather than requiring one; residents commonly participate in SMART, Dharma, AA, or Refuge. Daily structure includes morning meditation, weekly house meetings, random urine drug screens (UAs), chores, clear conduct standards, and weekly recovery meetings or wellness events. Leadership includes daily owner presence and high-level, incentivized house managers. Amenities and wellness access advertised include wellness and gym memberships, access to all Flow Yoga Studios, access to the 3rd Eye Meditation Lounge's calendar, weekly holistic events and groups (introduction to yoga, sound baths, breathwork), monthly recovery-wide events, a fruit and vegetable garden, and an on-site therapist offering group therapy twice a month. Core values are Open-Mindedness, Community, Radical Honesty, Mindful Living, and Personal Sovereignty. The home outlines a six-month journey with milestones at 2 weeks, 30, 60, 90, and 180 days.
