The Ladder House

The Ladder House is a comprehensive sober living program that provides accountability along with structure and guidance. The Ladder House provides in-house management and leadership 24/7 that ensures an edifying and uplifting environment that runs smooth and maintains resident safety. Onsite management ensures that policies and procedures are being followed at all times and that all of the guests are meeting their treatment and recovery goals. The Ladder House promotes a proactive approach to sobriety by encouraging each guest to engage with the recovery community throughout the valley by providing a productive routine, healthy activities and a focus on group unity. Our guests are encouraged to become active members and build bonds with fellow community members. The Ladder House has a zero-tolerance for drug and alcohol use. Guests are to adhere to our policies and procedures as well as remain clean and sober to continue with our program. Any guest that fails to abide by these clear guidelines will be subject to discharge from the program and will be referred to a local treatment facility. Our guests are required to actively work a 12-step recovery program with a sponsor and participate in meetings weekly. We understand the importance of a healthy and safe environment in a recovering addict/alcoholics life. We provide the structure and support necessary to give every one of our guests a fighting chance to make a change. Our goal is to ensure that every guest is satisfied with our program. Beyond that, we strive to be an asset that local treatment facilities and our guest's family members can confidently count on us to offer the care needed for their clients and loved ones to get through the challenge in front of them. The Ladder House LLC provides a safe, structured and supportive environment to foster the ideal social conditions that facilitate successful long-term recovery. With the support and guidance of our founder, house managers and sponsors, clients will learn to regain a sense of self-worth and confidence, laying the foundation for a new life worth living, Clean and sober.
