Invision Recovery Houses, LLC is a provider of transitional housing (recovery houses) for men and women in early recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, located in Lemoyne, PA. The organization started in 1998 and operates 9 recovery houses in close proximity to create a recovering community. Houses are fully furnished with living room furniture, cable TV, and kitchens equipped with modern appliances and cooking utensils. The houses are near a bus route with a CAT Transfer Station a few blocks away, three local job placement offices in the neighborhood, numerous support meetings nearby, and New Insights II, a licensed drug and alcohol treatment facility, within walking distance. Requirements include at least 30 days of sobriety for admission; any drug or alcohol use results in immediate expulsion. Tenants must obtain and hold employment (minimum 20 hours/week) or, if on supplemental income/unemployment/disability, do 20 hours/week of community service. Tenants must be in counseling or have recently completed treatment (aftercare required for those leaving rehab) and attend at least four support meetings per week. Weeknight curfew is 10:00 pm and weekend curfew is midnight for the first 30 days; after the first month, curfews extend to midnight (weeknights) and 1:00 am (weekends). Rent is $155.00/week, collected each Sunday, with payment due at move-in; rent includes utilities, internet, streaming TV, cleaning supplies, and linens. Tenants buy their own food and personal items. MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) individuals are welcome. Rent assistance is available for those who need it.
