Brevard Beacon House is a men-only (18+) FARR Certified Level II recovery residence and life transition center in Melbourne, Florida (Program ID 3058). The newly renovated 3,000+ sq. ft. estate has 7 bedrooms and 15 beds — 6 shared bedrooms and 1 private manager bedroom. It pairs Level 2 structure with credentialed coaching: an on-site house manager present around the clock, weekly house meetings, peer mentoring, and a minimum 32-hour-per-week productive-activity requirement (employment, education, or volunteering). Residents must participate in an outside recovery pathway (AA, NA, SMART Recovery, Celebrate Recovery, Refuge Recovery, or equivalent). Curfew is 10:00 PM on weeknights and 11:00 PM on weekends, with pre-approved exceptions for verified commitments. The residence is MAT-friendly, welcoming residents who self-administer prescribed Suboxone, Vivitrol, or methadone under house medication protocols with locked, logged storage. Coaching uses Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessments, NLP, and CBT-informed strategies, including weekly mandatory mastermind sessions. Rates are $195/week per bed with a $100 one-time move-in fee (no security deposit, no application fee); utilities, WiFi, weekly group coaching, and the ELI assessment are included.
