Use the coupon code 'Clay' to get $300 off conference registration.  What is the conference and who are Frank and Sherri? Frank and Sherri are the co-founders of Kate's House Foundation in Seattle, WA. They’ve cracked the code on opening transitional recovery homes in appreciating neighborhoods, building a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio with beds paid by contract—whether they’re filled or not. Frank, a real estate broker, and Sherri, a medical professional, have pioneered MAT homes and have also taught thousands of students across the U.S. how to leverage their model into more single-family homes. This recovery housing conference features Kevin Harrington, the original shark from Shark Tank, along with other industry leaders. They’ve built an impressive real estate portfolio, and now they’re offering you the tools to do the same. At the Symposium, they’ll be offering a half-price nonprofit setup, cost segregation to lower your taxes, and a roadmap to building a multimillion-dollar portfolio of recovery homes with contracted beds. Their three-day event on September 13-15 is bigger than ever, and they want you there!
