August 5 Webinar: The New Operations Tab

We're hosting a live webinar on Wednesday, August 5 at 12:00 PM Central. Whether you're a house manager, owner, executive director, or board member, this session is built for anyone who touches Sobriety Hub day to day or is interested in learning more Sobriety Hub's offerings. 

We will be covering the new "Operations" Feature, which helps with common use cases, such as: 

  • Recovery meeting attendance requirements (track org-wide compliance)

  • Rotating chores (auto-assign, track completion)

  • Form requirements (make sure every new resident signs the intake form!) 

  • New 'request' forms for phase ups, overnights, and maintenance requests (update statuses, communicate via 2-sided comments on responses)

Webinar Part 1: The New Operations Tab 

The focus is our new Operations tab, live now for every account, bringing together Requests, Event Requirements, Chore Rotation, Form Requirements. If you've been managing those pieces separately, or weren't sure where to find them, this feature that pulls it all together.

During the webinar, we'll walk through how "Operations" fits into your day to day, whether that's keeping residents accountable to meeting requirements, rotating chores without the manual back-and-forth, or handling resident requests without leaving the app.

Webinar Part 2: Features you might be missing

We're also using part of the hour to cover a handful of features that already exist in your account and quietly save time once people know they're there, the kind of thing we hear about often on the support line but that doesn't always get noticed until someone points it out. Think of it as a chance to walk away knowing your account a little better than you did going in.
